If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be damaged due to our fault.

Returns must be post marked within 14 days of the receipt.

Item(s) being returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.

Item(s) must be accompanied by our Return Form (Please contact our customer representatives to get it).

Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account per your request.
